  • Returns Policy

    If you're not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and the item is unused and hasn't been fitted, you can return it to us within 30 days* of purchase for a refund. All you need to do is contact us before you return your goods and we will guide you through the process to make everything as quick and easy as possible.

    Making A Return

    Please contact us by emailing info@rollrdoors.ie and we'll issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number. From here, we'll guide you through the returns process to make it as fast and as easy as possible.

     

    To ensure a full refund, the item to be returned needs to be unused, and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact.

    Sending A Return

    To return your order within 30 days of purchase, the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Pack up your item(s) protectively and write your Returns Number clearly on the outside of the package.

     

    To guarantee delivery, we'd recommend that you send back your return using a tracked service. We recommend An Post: Click and Post

    Return Postage

    Return postage costs are the responsibility of our customer. If you need assistance, please contact us and we'll recommend the most cost effective way to send your return back to us.

    Refund and Reimbursement

    Once we receive your item, we'll get to work on processing your return as fast as possible. If your return meets the requirements outlined above, we'll process a refund for the item(s) back to your original method of payment within 7 working days. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is received otherwise than in accordance with our outlined requirements.

    If you think your item may be defective, please contact us and we will guide you through the Warranty claims process.

    Can I drop off a return?

    Returns can not be dropped off, and must be sent via post or package carrier.

    Nothing is more important to us than getting your order on its way to you in the quickest possible time. We work with only the best shipping providers to ensure swift and secure delivery of your order.

    Dispatch

    We provide an estimated date of when you can expect your order to be dispatched. This estimated date can vary based on live stock availability. While almost always accurate, the estimated dispatch date is an estimation and can be dictated by events outside of our control. Our dispatch team are totally dedicated to getting your order on its way to you in the fastest time possible. Order dispatch may take a little longer in the below cases:

    • If you've ordered outside of our normal processing hours
    • If we encounter a sudden stock shortage of one of your items and we need to contact you to help you find your item.

    Delivery Delays

    We have chosen to work with only the best shipping providers and it is our combined aim to achieve on time delivery for all orders. Once your parcel is dispatched from, the responsibility of the on time delivery of your order is transferred to the shipping provider as this is outside of our control. 

    Additional Information

    When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you that it has been passed to the selected carrier. From this point in time, your delivery timeframes will commence. We'll always keep you informed if we encounter any exceptional delays in dispatching your order.

    If your order is being shipped via an express or tracked shipping service, we'll include your tracking number in our dispatch notification email to you. Deliveries are unable to be made on Sundays or public holidays. All delivery estimations are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will be happy to help you resolve any unexpected carrier delays.

    Shipping Restrictions

    Due to shipping restrictions, we're unable to ship outside of Ireland and the UK.
