Magroll 95mm Insulated Roller Door
Magroll Industrial Insulated Doors are the first one piece industrial lath to be produced in Ireland and the UK. Every aspect of this product has been carefully designed from the choice of material to the unique shape of the profile. Below are some of the advantages of choosing our superior product.
Use of PVC laminate coated steel ensures long lifespan and superior anti-scratch/wear properties.
With a one piece lath the PU insulation is bonded to the outer skins ensuring a very strong lath.

The design of our lath ensures that the profile rolls into a much smaller roll than other two piece laths, which is good news for applications where space is limited.
We have available an extruded bottom slat with rubber extruded profile to seal the door to the floor.

A unique extruded aluminium profile for attaching the top lath to the barrel is of great benefit, it allows a bolt to be welded to the tube and the extruded profile conceals the head of the bolt to avoid damaging the laths when rolling around the tube.

90mm side guides are also produced by ourselves which have holes pre-punched for fitting and two PVC brush carriers are pushed onto the profile to ensure a very quiet operation.
Non-Insulated Industrial Roller Door
Manufactured from galvanised steel using 75mm curved laths which are end locked into place.

There are a range of finishes available ie. Plain Galvanised, PVC Coated, Powder Coated to RAL or BS and Visi-Screen. This means there is a huge range of colours available to you.

The guide rails are manufactured from preformed galvanised steel sections and are also available in different widths, depths and weights to suit each individual door. There is also the option of a Windlock Guide System for particularly exposed sites and larger doors to resist storm damage. The guides can be painted to match the door curtain finish on request.

As standard the Industrial Roller Shutter is electrically operated and there are a range of different grade motors to match door weight and purpose. As we guarantee the product, we make it a point of using a heavier grade motor than we deem necessary in each individual case in order to maintain our high standards and prevent future problems. Should you prefer a particular motor we can supply on demand and are happy to do so. For safety we can supply a safety brake and use hold to run control as standard. Additional features such as photocells and safety edges are available on request.

There are different controls available to suit your needs. These include the Standard Push Button, Keyswitch, Rocker Switch, Remote Control etc.
